These Terms & Conditions govern all services offered by XiaoEDen. By using our services, you also agree to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Agreement
By using XiaoEDen's graphic design services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Refund and Privacy Policies. Please read all policies before purchasing.
Scope of Services
We provide graphic design services including, but not limited to: logos, thumbnails, social media graphics, and other visual design work. All project requirements must be clearly communicated before work begins. Any additional requests beyond the original brief may incur extra charges.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required before any work begins. Final files will only be delivered after full payment is completed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and all materials necessary for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client — such as not providing assets, feedback, or approvals — may extend the agreed project timeline without liability to XiaoEDen.
Revisions
A set number of revisions will be provided as agreed before the project starts, intended to refine the design within the original scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges, communicated before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
All original design work remains the property of XiaoEDen until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights as agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.
Unauthorized use of designs before full payment constitutes intellectual property theft and will be pursued accordingly.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing. Partial refunds may be considered only before initial concepts are delivered.
Confidentiality
We will keep all client information and project materials strictly confidential throughout and after the project. Clients are also expected to respect the confidentiality of preliminary designs and drafts until final approval and delivery.
Limitation of Liability
XiaoEDen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered designs. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring designs are suitable and compliant for their intended purpose, platform, or audience.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
