Effective for all graphic design services offered by XiaoEDen. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. All policies are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Overview
By purchasing any design service from XiaoEDen, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This policy exists to protect both the client and the designer, and to ensure a fair and transparent working relationship.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit — or full payment — is required before any work begins. This secures your project slot and covers initial planning and creative effort invested on your behalf.
Refunds
Due to the creative and time-based nature of graphic design, refunds are not available once work has started.
If a project is cancelled by the client before initial concepts are delivered, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Once initial design concepts or drafts have been shared, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Revisions
A set number of revisions will be provided as agreed before the project begins. These are intended to refine the design within the original brief and scope.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges, communicated transparently before proceeding.
Project Scope
Refunds will not be issued for changes in requirements that differ from the original agreed scope. Any new or expanded requests will be treated as additional billable work.
Delivery
Final files will only be delivered after full payment has been completed. Upon final file delivery, the project is considered fulfilled and closed.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes initiated without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services, revocation of all usage rights, and restriction from future work.
